The exact scope of services for each client is agreed upon individually prior to engagement, typically during or following a free strategy call.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals and entities who:
- Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction);
- Have the legal right and authority to enter into a service agreement;
- Own or have authorised control over the YouTube channel being managed.
By submitting a contact form or booking a call, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Client Engagement & Agreements
All formal service engagements require a separate written agreement ("Client Agreement") between SL Creatives and the client. The Client Agreement will specify:
- The scope of services to be provided
- The performance-based revenue share percentage
- Reporting and communication terms
- Revision and approval processes
- Termination conditions
These Terms govern general website use and preliminary engagement (such as booking a free call). The Client Agreement governs active service delivery. In the event of conflict, the Client Agreement prevails.
5. Performance-Based Model
SL Creatives operates on a performance-based model. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- No upfront fees or monthly retainers are charged.
- SL Creatives earns a percentage of demonstrated revenue growth attributable to our services, as agreed in your Client Agreement.
- Revenue metrics are verified using mutually agreed tools (e.g., YouTube Analytics).
- We make no guarantees of specific subscriber counts, view counts, or revenue amounts. Performance depends on multiple factors outside our control including YouTube's algorithm, content quality, and market conditions.
6. Client Obligations
As a client or website user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting forms or communicating with us.
- Not use our website for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, Client Portal, or other users' accounts.
- Not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website.
- Not submit malicious code, scripts, or payloads through our contact forms or portal.
- Provide necessary channel access (e.g., YouTube Analytics read access) as required for service delivery.
- Respond to communications from SL Creatives in a timely manner to facilitate service delivery.
- Not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any proprietary tools, reports, or methodologies provided by SL Creatives.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of SL Creatives or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Work product delivered to you as part of a service engagement (e.g., edited videos, thumbnails, content calendars) is licensed to you for use on your channel upon payment of the agreed performance share. Underlying templates, methodologies, and proprietary frameworks remain the property of SL Creatives.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without express written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during a service engagement, including but not limited to:
- Channel revenue and performance data
- Business strategies and growth plans
- SL Creatives' proprietary methodologies
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Disclaimers
SL Creatives provides its website and services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- That our services will meet your specific requirements or produce specific results;
- That the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses;
- That any content on the website is accurate, complete, or current.
YouTube growth depends on many factors beyond our control. Past results achieved for other clients are not indicative of future results for your channel.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SL Creatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SL Creatives in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an active service engagement as specified in the Client Agreement. SL Creatives reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the website or Client Portal for any user who violates these Terms, engages in harmful activity, or provides false information.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as agreed between the parties.
13. Changes to Terms
